Finca Los Cenizos is a specialty coffee producer located in a forested volcanic canyon close to mountain springs in Cerro Punta, Panama. The name comes from the 100-year-old cenizos trees in the area. The farm is blessed with high altitude and cooler climates, allowing for an extended cherry maturation and cooler fermentations.
Los Cenizos mainly grows Gesha, Catuai, and Pacamara at 1900 MASL.
